Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return/Refund Policy 

 

The Client may withdraw registration at any time prior to the beginning of the first session/meeting to receive a full refund. Once the client has started mentorship, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to resolving any issues or concerns you may have with your mentor and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. 

Refunds will be done under the following conditions:

  1. The Mentor is not able to take the sessions forward nor able to reschedule them due to certain circumstances. 

  2. The Mentor does not meet the required mentoring hours as per agreement on a pro-rata basis of time duration. 

  3. Refunds can also be issued on a mutual agreement by Mentor and the Client for indefinite deferment of sessions only in exceptional circumstances for which the final decision with vest with The Real Change With Bec and/or Mentor. 

  4. The Mentor does not meet the contract terms and conditions. 

 

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

The Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify Mentor 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call or meeting. The Real Change With Bec and/or Mentor reserves the right to bill Client for missed meeting. Mentor will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting before charging for missed session. 


 

Termination 

 

Either the Client or The Real Change With Bec may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
